This 104 page spiral bound workbook pinpoints the top seven body, mind/emotional and spiritual strategies respectively with action steps that she used to piece together her picture of optimal health and vitality after being gravely ill for many years with Crohn’s Disease. It is designed to help the reader quickly identify ways to improve their own picture of optimal health.

A sampling of the strategies include information on hydration, deep breathing and dietary tips for our body; positive thoughts and beliefs, the power of manifestation and emotional control tips for our mind/emotions; and meditation, positive affirmations and asking your guides for help tips for our spirit. After each strategy section, there is a sampling resource guide for places to obtain more information and assistance in finding the pieces that will help you fill in your healing puzzle.

Steingas is also an inspirational speaker and available to give talks on various topics relating to health and healing and overcoming grief. In addition, she is a Radiant Life Coach who helps people optimize their health and vitality by streamlining her clients through the process of more quickly and efficiently (both time and financial wise) the potential body, mind, emotional and spiritual strategies that will improve their state of health and vitality.

Steingas was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease in 1985 just after graduating from college. After several years of taking the usual medications prescribed, she was not getting any better and in fact she was gravely ill and quite frail. Her gastroenterologist said she could try a new experimental medicine that would suppress her overactive immune system, but in that frail state, it could potentially cause a cold, if caught, to turn into a deadly case of pneumonia. Instead, she decided not to believe any longer that her condition was incurable and thought of it as a puzzle that just needed solving. That is how she came to use the strategies discussed in her book and has been off medication about 15 years.

To order autographed copies, send a request and check for $14.95 to Barbara Steingas P.O. Box 13 High Bridge 08829. To schedule a talk or a coaching session, you can reach her at 908-391-4463.
